DavidBets ("we", "us") is operated by Sypher Systems LLC. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What you're buying

A subscription to statistical model output about NFL player and team markets: projections, price comparisons across sportsbooks, and a ranked board of plays, updated during the NFL season.

Not betting advice

Everything we publish is informational model output. We are not a licensed advisor, we do not place bets for you, and we do not guarantee any result. Past results shown on the site, including our published track record, do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for every bet you place and for obeying the gambling laws where you are. You must be 21 or older.

Prices move

Sportsbook lines and prices change constantly. A number shown here may no longer be available when you reach your sportsbook. Confirm every number before betting.

Subscription, trial and billing

• $99 per month, charged to the payment method you provide, until you cancel.
• Free trial: new subscribers get a free period as shown at checkout. A payment method is required to start it. If you don't cancel before it ends, the first $99 charge happens automatically at that time.
• Renewal: your subscription renews monthly on the same date until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime from the Billing link on the site. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.
• Taxes may be added where required.

Refunds

Cancel before your trial ends and you are never charged. After a charge, we refund the current month if you contact us within 7 days of that charge and ask for one, and we then end your access. We don't refund partial months beyond that, and we don't refund on the basis of losing bets.

Your account

One person per account. Don't share your login, and don't republish, resell, scrape or redistribute our output. We may suspend or end an account that does, without a refund.

Referral codes

Referral codes and any seller payouts are offered at our discretion, on the terms given to that seller. We may withdraw a code at any time. Codes obtained through spam or misrepresentation are void.

Availability

We aim to publish before each week's games, but we don't guarantee uptime, a specific number of plays, or that any particular market will be covered. Data comes from third parties and can be wrong or delayed.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for betting losses, lost profits, or indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes to pricing or billing will be notified by email before they take effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the change.
