Privacy Policy

This policy explains what DavidBets (Sypher Systems LLC) collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: name, email address, phone number, and a password (stored only as a secure hash, never in readable form).
- Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a Stripe customer reference, your subscription status and renewal date.
- Usage data: standard server logs and basic information about how the site is used.
- Referral code used at sign-up, if any, so the referring seller can be credited.
What we do with it
- Give you access to the board and keep your subscription current.
- Send account email: sign-in links, email verification, password resets, billing notices, and service notices about the product.
- Prevent abuse, such as shared or resold accounts.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Who processes data for us
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
- Supabase — accounts and application database.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Resend — sending account email.
Text messages
We collect a phone number for account recovery and sign-in. We do not currently send marketing texts. If we ever do, we'll ask for your consent first, and you'll be able to stop them by replying STOP.
How long we keep it
While your account is open, and for up to 7 years afterwards for billing and tax records. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your personal details, keeping only what the law requires us to keep.
Your choices
Email support@davidbets.com to see, correct, export or delete your data, or to close your account. If you're in California or another place with privacy rights like it, those rights apply to you and we won't treat you differently for using them.
Cookies
We use only what's needed to keep you signed in and remember your display settings. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Security
Traffic is encrypted, passwords are hashed, and the board is locked in the database so it can only be read by an account with an active subscription. No system is perfect: if a breach ever affects your data, we'll tell you.
Children
This service is for adults 21 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
